This call was for concerns about our air conditioning functioning properly. Charles clearly explained the problem and presented possibilities as to what we might do. He did not pressure us into making a quick decision. We are waiting for estimates of costs for replacement. Charles is always knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and very professional.”
