“Walt B came to our house on 5 December to perform annual inspection of our two home furnaces. He was polite, friendly and like most of Broadley’s technical folks talkative and eager to share his knowledge and experience. The inspection went well and I thought we were done for awhile. Today I woke up when the upstairs furnace failed to ignite. Broadley’s responded quickly and Walt came by mid-morning to repair the attic furnace. Shortly into servicing the furnace all the lights went out due to a neighborhood power outage. Walt left to tackle another job with a promise to return which he did. Great support for sure!”
