Service Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Service Administrator to join our team! This role acts as a back up to the service dispatcher as needed to maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Assist in taking incoming customers calls and creating dispatch tickets as service calls are received. Handle dispatch related functions in the service dispatcher's absence during lunch, breaks, vacation, etc. As the Service Admin, this role will maintain the customer database with current information, process billing, timecards, service invoices, and warranty part returns.
Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with On-Call rotation schedule.
Pay Scale: Starting at $40,000 base annually; Salary based on experience. Plus Benefits Package and Spif Program.

Responsibilities
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and addressing customers' needs
- Assist in scheduling service appointments and maintain dispatch board and schedule to optimize workflow
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating client information
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Office management tasks such as processing billing and invoices, technician timecards, and handling warranty part returns.
- Assist Dispatcher with ordering parts
- Process Maintenance Renewals
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two to Five years related experience and/or training in customer service, call taking, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry is preferred
- Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist
- Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry and billing functions
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

HVAC Installer - 2+ Years Experience

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our Broadley's team as part of the Installation Department to provide excellent HVAC installation services to our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair in residential and light commercial settings. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and tools. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed correctly and function efficiently.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience of 2+ years, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. This role will assist to supervise the work of other helpers/apprentices to maintain high quality and timely job performance. This position reports to Installation Manager.

Work Hours: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday with Warranty On-Call Rotation Schedule; Overtime as Required
Pay Scale: $24.00 - $45.00 per hour, plus monthly Spiffs and Bonus Programs

Service Plumber
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our Broadley's Service Department team as part of the Service Department to provide excellent plumbing service to our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a plumber, specifically in a service-oriented role, at a Journeyman level. The job duties include maintenance, repair and installation of plumbing and water heater systems up to company standards, while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. We service both residential and light commercial properties.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience of 5+ years, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. This position reports to Service Manager.
Reports to: Service Manager
Work Hours:8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with On-Call Rotation Schedule; Overtime as Required
Pay Scale: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour, plus monthly Spiffs and Bonus Programs

Duties
- This position involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks including maintaining, installing, repairing, and servicing a variety of plumbing fixtures and equipment.
- Must have experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing water heaters (standard and tankless), sump pumps, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, and drains.
- Routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently.
- Gas Line experience a must, and strong knowledge of local plumbing codes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while on the job site.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their Plumbing needs.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Plumber of 5+ years.
