They were great! Came out same day as we called, had the problem diagnosed, old water heater removed and new water heater installed within a few hours. They left everything neat and clean. They were also very friendly and pretty funny! Thank you so much.

Our hot water heater gave up on July 3rd just as our company arrived for the holiday weekend. I thought we were out of luck, but Bobby came to assess the problem within the hour. He and Brian S. were able to schedule time on July 4th to remove our old water heater, install a new one, and save the day! They were polite, skilled, neat, and efficient. I couldn’t be more thankful for their knowledge and service!

Brian and Bobby did an excellent job installing two new toilets- prompt and efficient as always. They removed the old ones - good-bye and good riddance- looks great!

After attempting to change a cartridge in my bathroom tub/shower valve myself, I realized I needed a professional. I would never have thought of Broadley’s except for the fact that I just had my entire HVAC and water heater replaced by them several weeks ago. I never knew they actually did plumbing other than with HVAC work until I saw it on their trucks in my driveway.

I called the office and was told that someone would be out within the hour. Then Bobby called and said that he’d be at my house within 20 minutes and he was. I found him to be a pleasant and knowledgeable guy. He worked on the valve trying to get the old cartridge out. Several minutes later, Brian showed up because they were linking up to take one of their vans for service after my job. They worked diligently removing the old corroded cartridge and installing the new one making sure that when they left the work was done, the bathroom was put back together, and I was satisfied.

I hope, if I need plumbing in the future, I can request them by name. After 15 years in Ocean City, we never had a plumber that did satisfactory work in a reasonable time frame. Now we know we can call Broadley’s for more than just HVAC!

Bobby was absolutely amazing! He was friendly and energetic even at the end of the day! He showed me what I was doing wrong with our shower and helped me understand our new house system with using the shower heads. He was amazing!
