Just a quick note to thank the Broadley HVAC team that worked on the new HVAC system for our shore home in Sea Isle City. From the initial contact by Giacomo (which came within a day of my on-line inquiry via the Broadley’s website) to the final systems operations overview once everything was installed, I was very pleased with every step of the process.
On the visit to our home to see what we had going on, Giacomo listened to what my needs & concerns were about replacing both AC systems and 1 of the heating systems. He was very thorough in providing me with detailed and straightforward explanations of the various options to consider. We walked through the entire process from selecting equipment to install. Giacomo was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process for replacing entire systems, and it was evident that he was also experienced with the equipment. Giacomo also responded quickly & thoroughly to my follow-up questions and we were able to complete the order for new equipment in a few days.
The install was scheduled and the two technicians, Arnold & Dan (I hope I have their names spelled correctly) showed up on time and got right to work. They worked efficiently to remove the existing equipment and took care when moving items out of and into the HVAC closet on my 3rd floor (and there’s no elevator to make the trips easy). Once they had the new equipment in place and all connected, they were deliberate in making sure that the systems were operating properly and even diagnosed an issue with a piece of existing equipment that I was not upgrading (so we scheduled a follow-up service call and Walt came out this week to replace that old furnace’s failing part).
Throughout the process, the entire Broadley team exceeded my expectations for their service capabilities, knowledge and responsiveness to my inquiries. Even your service scheduling team and the folks in the billing office were efficient & knowledgeable which made it very easy to get things done in one call. Thank you to everyone!
