“Found out around 1pm on a Tuesday that my furnace wasn’t working. Frantically, I called Broadleys heating and cooling and they were able to get a tech out to my house within the hour. He diagnosed the problem got the replacement part and had my system up and running within a few hours. Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to the tech that came out was so professional and kind. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Will definitely be using them in the future.”

“Brian & Henry were very knowledgeable & professional. They got right to the task at hand & fixed the problem with my boiler once the part arrived. I am a Gold member…my problem occurred on a Sunday around 7 pm. So…I had to pay $175 for Henry to come out. My gold membership states “waived standard diagnostic” which I learned means during normal business hours. The contract should clearly state “during normal business hours”! “Waived Standard Diagnostic” is not clear and is very misleading! I was very disappointed with the way that was explained to me by Michelle. She was very short with her answer and it didn’t seem to matter to her that I have been a long standing customer.”

We went over the unit and saw there where small holes in the heat exchanger and the possibility of carbon monoxide issues. Decided to replace the unit.”

Today Anthony Carbone was our service technician, he was able to fix our issue and explained everything to us for future concerns in a timely manner.
