Taylor did an excellent job. Our Navien Tankless hot water heater registered an error code , which caused the system to shut down . Broadleys responded within 24 hours of my call and technician Keano performed an exhaust pipe repair which temporarily had the unit operational. Keano recognized a part was also needed to repair the unit in full. He contacted the office staff and within the next work day had the part in hand and performed the repair . Keano was courteous and explained all repairs prior to performing and answered all of my questions.

Both Sean & Keanu have worked on our heater & AC units. Both were thorough , informative & pleasant. They answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns. They notified us when they were 15 to 20 minutes out and were prompt on their arrival. I will feel totally confident having either of them back to work on our heater or AC anytime. We recently had Broadley’s out to do a routine cleaning and maintenance of our HVAC unit. Keano arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing and why. We ultimately signed up for their annual membership program which will save us money on future services.

I had a hot water heater issue and Yancy came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the issue quickly. Then Yancy and Keano came back out to install screens on the vents that lead outside as we had a bird nest in one of the vents. Quick work, respectful guys, will use again.

Found out around 1pm on a Tuesday that my furnace wasn’t working. Frantically, I called Broadleys heating and cooling and they were able to get a tech out to my house within the hour. He diagnosed the problem got the replacement part and had my system up and running within a few hours. Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to the tech that came out was so professional and kind. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Keano was just wonderful last night. He showed me everything that was going on and explained it so I could understand it. He did try to get us up and running but after getting more in depth into it even I was able to see that it was unsafe and needed to be shut down. I’m glad you have such knowledgeable technicians working for you. Thanks again.
