Brian, Keith, and James were knowledgeable, efficient and took time to explain what they were doing and how they were doing it.

As always, Brian quickly identified the problem and he and Keith fixed it as well as replaced my strainer baskets and drain assemblies. Very happy with the results.

Geoff and Keith were both very helpful and polite. Geoff fixed our tub spout and Keith helped me discover the stress cracks in the tub, both of which were the cause of a leak issue we were having. Thankfully I know what steps to take to completely fix the issue.
