“Great experience – Started with a routine inspection of a min-split, happened to inquire about replacing the dryer exhaust. Yancy and Kyle were there hours later, and discovered our relatively new water heater was leaking (and a looming disaster). A couple of days later we had our mini-split in good shape, a new and improved dryer exhaust duct work and a new water heater installed.

“Kyle is extremely courteous and kind knows that I have two goofy golden retrievers one of which thinks he’s his sidekick and I really appreciate Kyle’s calm nature.
Each time he’s been at my house. He has tackled the issue at hand in a courteous manner. First time was for regular maintenance and second time was for a repair cannot sing enough high praises for Kyle. I trust him to work in the house if I’m not here.”

“While doing his seasonal maintenance for the air and heat , Kyle happen to notice an issue with the hot water tank. What concerned him was it indicated an issue with the fitting that could leak and possibly leak carbon monoxide. Not good. At 11 years old he said not uncommon for a tank r that age. This was not what he was here for but paying attention to details helped to protect us. You can easily expand that competency into the work he was here for. Yes, we were pleased .”

They walked me through downloading the app and configuring the sensors on the wifi. They throughly explained this product and how it will work. They were polite, efficient and friendly.
