HVAC Technician
Why Clients Love Working with Tayler D.
Taylor did an excellent job. Our Navien Tankless hot water heater registered an error code , which caused the system to shut down . Broadleys responded within 24 hours of my call and technician Keano performed an exhaust pipe repair which temporarily had the unit operational. Keano recognized a part was also needed to repair the unit in full. He contacted the office staff and within the next work day had the part in hand and performed the repair . Keano was courteous and explained all repairs prior to performing and answered all of my questions.
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. For some reason it isn't in the system to bring out replacement filters. Over the years some technicians have said they will bring them back but they usually don't. Taylor did go get them. Sean was very kind and informative.
Taylor is very thorough and detail-oriented. She explained her procedures really well, made sure I was comfortable with charges before proceeding which I really appreciate, and completed the maintenance without any issues. She is also very polite and personable! I would not hesitate to use her again!
Taylor D did a maintenance service on our heating unit. She was on time, professional and efficiently performed the maintenance service.
I have been with Broadleyβs for a number of years now. Today I had Tayler D do the maintenance on my 4 AC units. She was prepared, knowledgeable, considerate, and thorough. In truth I cannot sing her praises enough.
During the window of time that was scheduled for the service, Tayler called to let me know that she would be arriving in 20 to 25 minutes. When she arrived, she went right to work. As usual, I was interested to understand the condition of my A/C Systems.
As she has done in her previous visits, she opened the two (2) A/C units inside the house, checked/inspected them and changed the filters in both of them. She then checked the two (2) outside units and their components, taking readings to evaluate their performance. Finally, she took temperature measurements in the house at the supply and return air vents to validate the systems' performance.
As usual, she took photos of the various inspections and meter readings and sent them to me in order that I had them.
The reason that I provided a "Five Star" rating of her service visit is because six stars were not available.
Tayler is not only knowledgeable, she is also pleasant, friendly and informative when she does her work. She impresses me in the that she seems to have a real interest in her work, likes it, and is extremely conscientious when she does it.
As I believe I have stated in a prior review which I had left, Tayler is a true ambassador for Broadley's !
Taylor was the best! Hot, humid Saturday morning a/c broken - Broadleys sent Taylor out within an hour of my call! She was polite, professional and very informative. Well worth the extra weekend fee! I will now have a service contract with Broadleys and have them do any needed work as long as they continue to send quality techs like Taylor.
Taylor was very professional and did her best to trouble shoot and fix our AC. We still canβt get it quite cool enough but hope a break in the weather will ease the stress in the system.
Was on time and knew what the problem was immediately. She was able to do the repair. We are satisfied with the results.
Awesome work
Taylor along with the other crew members overly exceed our expectations of their capabilities and people skills thank you everyone @ Broadlys
Tayler is lovely and personable. I will ask for her in the future. I have great confidence in her and she represents Broadley's very well.
Expensive, quality is hit or miss
Technician Taylor determined the problem with our heating system and tried to replace the part. She knocked a wire loose from the blower unit during the replacement and, when the furnace didnβt operate properly with the new part, lectured us in a loud voice on how she had told βyou peopleβ that adding a new part to an old unit would result in failure of another part. All through this repeated lecture she did not even try to diagnose the trouble. Complaints to management led to technician Keano being dispatched the following afternoon. He immediately found the loose wire and several other problems Tayler had missed. Mysteriously, the O ring for the new part disappeared during the transfer of the new part from the Tayler to Keano. So, we were without heat for another night and paid top dollar for a new part which had to be installed with an old O ring. Complaints about that to management were never answered. We need a new heating system, but we wonβt use Broadleyβs; they are expensive, the quality of workmanship is hit or miss and management is unresponsive.
