We have been dealing with Broadley's since 1978, and their technician, Walt Buganski is no stranger to our property. He has serviced our gas furnace each fall for the past several years. Today Walt was assigned two tasks: Perform the annual service on our gas furnace, and install new condenser coils to replace the leaking condenser coils in our outdoor air conditioner condenser unit. After calling to assure us that he was on his way, he arrived at the expected time. He explained to me that he would focus first on the condenser coils replacement, and finish up by servicing our furnace. He went to work immediately, disassembling the condenser, and removing the leaking condenser coils. When he reached the point in the job where he pressurized the new coils, rather than waiting to see if the pressure held, Walt came in and performed the service on our furnace. Satisfied that the new condenser coils were not leaking, he purged the system, and refilled it with refrigerant. Finally, Walt discussed what he had done, completed the paperwork, and departed, leaving behind a satisfied homeowner. Walt is knowledgeable and skilled, uses his time efficiently, and is customer focused. It was a pleasure to working with Walt, Melissa, the Service Manager, and all of the Broadley's staff.

Walt B came to our house on 5 December to perform annual inspection of our two home furnaces. He was polite, friendly and like most of Broadley's technical folks talkative and eager to share his knowledge and experience. The inspection went well and I thought we were done for awhile. Today I woke up when the upstairs furnace failed to ignite. Broadley's responded quickly and Walt came by mid-morning to repair the attic furnace. Shortly into servicing the furnace all the lights went out due to a neighborhood power outage. Walt left to tackle another job with a promise to return which he did. Great support for sure!

Walt came to do our annual heater maintenance. He is a great guy and answered all our questions and concerns. We have had our maintenance contracts with Broadleys since they replaced our furnace and air conditioner in the last few years. It provides great peace of mind that our systems are being well taken care of. Thanks for taking care of us Walt and Broadley's!

This is the 2x we have called this company and we were very surprised by the quick response. They know there stuff. Finding problem. Explain it. Fix it tell us what they recommend next and I think the total cost is reasonably. I plan on stay with them.
