Business

Produce Junction, Egg Harbor Township NJ

Project Summary

Through NJ’s utility-administered Direct Install (DI) program, Broadley’s delivered a solution that replaced (4) large rooftop units and saved Produce Junction big with 80% of their total project costs being paid for by program incentives.

Solution

Produce Junction was the 2nd tenant at this mall to lean on Broadley’s, their HVAC vendor and registered trade ally for NJ’s utility-administered Direct Install (DI) program, for help and guidance.  Their specialized DI team offered solutions and managed the assessed the property and recommended an upgrade to high-efficiency rooftop package units; DI program incentives covered 80% of total projects costs. These new units would enhance heating and cooling performance while delivering energy savings for years to come.
