“I was scheduled for a maintenance service later in the week, but when I saw Yancy at another of our condo’s unit I asked if he could do ours after he was done downstairs. Called the service and they changed our appointment. Yancy (who has done previous maintenance for us) came up, was friendly and efficient and completed the maintenance call quickly. We were very pleased with them working with us to change the time that quickly, and also very happy with Yancy.”
