Even though I was at work, the technician, Tayler D, kept me apprised of the items needed to be replaced. She made some changes and contacted me to let me know the outcome and offered options! Thank you!! (I also appreciate the fact that she was a woman...woohoo!)

“Brian & Henry were very knowledgeable & professional. They got right to the task at hand & fixed the problem with my boiler once the part arrived. I am a Gold member…my problem occurred on a Sunday around 7 pm. So…I had to pay $175 for Henry to come out. My gold membership states “waived standard diagnostic” which I learned means during normal business hours. The contract should clearly state “during normal business hours”! “Waived Standard Diagnostic” is not clear and is very misleading! I was very disappointed with the way that was explained to me by Michelle. She was very short with her answer and it didn’t seem to matter to her that I have been a long standing customer.”

Tony the salesman was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and most before I even asked.On the day of my installation the guys got here first thing in the morning as promised.
