“I called the office on Wednesday and spoke with Donna. She was friendly professional and helpful. She was able to set up an appointment the very next day to replace our broken toilet. She suggested we purchase a toilet at Weinstein supply and advised that the tech would be happy to pick the toilet up and bring it with him. Yancy arrived on time as promised with everything he needed to replace our toilet. We found him to be friendly and courteous. He was very conscious of our condo building rules and followed all procedures to a tee. The toilet was installed to our satisfaction and he cleaned up the entire area before he left, even asking for a broom and dust pan. We are so happy with our new toilet and appreciate the prompt, courteous, and professional service we received from Broadley and specifically from Yancy and Donna. Thank you!”
