“I had no heat and was 12 hours away in SC. Called for service and got a call right back. Call center and scheduler were great. Service Tech showed up when he said he would and diagnosed and fixed the problem withing 10 minutes. He then called me and told me what had occurred. Very friendly and was great given the fact that I was not home. This is much appreciated especially given the cold weather.”
