“During the window of time that was scheduled for the service, Tayler called to let me know that she would be arriving in 20 to 25 minutes. When she arrived, she went right to work. As usual, I was interested to understand the condition of my A/C Systems.
As she has done in her previous visits, she opened the two (2) A/C units inside the house, checked/inspected them and changed the filters in both of them. She then checked the two (2) outside units and their components, taking readings to evaluate their performance. Finally, she took temperature measurements in the house at the supply and return air vents to validate the systems' performance.
As usual, she took photos of the various inspections and meter readings and sent them to me in order that I had them.
The reason that I provided a "Five Star" rating of her service visit is because six stars were not available.
Tayler is not only knowledgeable, she is also pleasant, friendly and informative when she does her work. She impresses me in the that she seems to have a real interest in her work, likes it, and is extremely conscientious when she does it.
As I believe I have stated in a prior review which I had left, Tayler is a true ambassador for Broadley's !”

“Kyle is extremely courteous and kind knows that I have two goofy golden retrievers one of which thinks he’s his sidekick and I really appreciate Kyle’s calm nature.
Each time he’s been at my house. He has tackled the issue at hand in a courteous manner. First time was for regular maintenance and second time was for a repair cannot sing enough high praises for Kyle. I trust him to work in the house if I’m not here.”
