“While doing his seasonal maintenance for the air and heat , Kyle happen to notice an issue with the hot water tank. What concerned him was it indicated an issue with the fitting that could leak and possibly leak carbon monoxide. Not good. At 11 years old he said not uncommon for a tank r that age. This was not what he was here for but paying attention to details helped to protect us. You can easily expand that competency into the work he was here for. Yes, we were pleased .”

Brian was very professional and gave me a few options to consider for replacing piping to make it easier to turn off the outside spicket to prevent pipes from freezing for next winter. Broadley’s is a very reliable company with friendly employees from the office staff to the field staff.
