“Our Navien Tankless hot water heater registered an error code , which caused the system to shut down . Broadleys responded within 24 hours of my call and technician Keano performed an exhaust pipe repair which temporarily had the unit operational. Keano recognized a part was also needed to repair the unit in full.
He contacted the office staff and within the next work day had the part in hand and performed the repair .
Keano was courteous and explained all repairs prior to performing and answered all of my questions.”
