Our water heater was on its last leg. James D came out to troubleshoot. Given the age of the water heater we elected to purchase a new one. James D brought a new Bradford White unit the next day, installation went great. We have hot water again, and everyone is happy. Thank you James D!
Don was great from start to finish. Showed up right on time ,totally prepared for the job. Did a great job on my outdoor trim mounting the unit. Was very friendly and knowledgeable .Would highly recommend Don , Gerald and Broadley’s
Gas pipe repair was extraordinary. Perfect job.
Sean W. was very prompt and knowledgeable when I asked questions. He did his job in a timely manner and I would recommend Broadley's and Sean to anyone. Sean was also friendly but in a very professional way. This is basically the same review I gave before because whoever does your hiring is good at their job as i have always had nothing but good things about your employees.

“Brian contacted me by text 15 minutes before his arrival at the top of the scheduled service window. He surveyed the problem, correctly and quickly repaired it at no charge and went on to offer some extremely helpful suggestions after I told him about a pending project. He took pictures and sent requests for price estimates back to his company to support 4 different scenarios I had asked about. During the entire visit he was professional, efficient, effective, courteous and friendly. Very positive experience and I am grateful. Thanks, Brian!”

“Expensive, quality is hit or miss
Technician Taylor determined the problem with our heating system and tried to replace the part. She knocked a wire loose from the blower unit during the replacement and, when the furnace didn’t operate properly with the new part, lectured us in a loud voice on how she had told ‘you people’ that adding a new part to an old unit would result in failure of another part. All through this repeated lecture she did not even try to diagnose the trouble. Complaints to management led to technician Keano being dispatched the following afternoon. He immediately found the loose wire and several other problems Tayler had missed. Mysteriously, the O ring for the new part disappeared during the transfer of the new part from the Tayler to Keano. So, we were without heat for another night and paid top dollar for a new part which had to be installed with an old O ring. Complaints about that to management were never answered. We need a new heating system, but we won’t use Broadley’s; they are expensive, the quality of workmanship is hit or miss and management is unresponsive.”

“From the minute I called about my hot water heater the staff were all awesome and efficient. The office staff couldn’t be more helpful. Scott calling me timely to schedule a quote then had it prepared ahead of time. Then the technicians were wonderful and patient with my friend asking questions since I couldn’t walk upstairs where the heater was located. All on time as promised. That’s huge for me. Even cleaned up and swept my dirty steps. Would highly recommend their services .”
