Excellent experience with Broadley’s. We were in the need of a new furnace and hot water heater as both went within a week of each other. We converted our hot water to gas and went tankless plus added getting a new air conditioner as our current was very old (same age as the other 2). Paul came out and answered any questions we had and sent over a proposal within 24 hours. A week later (by not fault of their own, we financed through the SJ gas program) 2 crews came out to start work on it. 1 crew worked on getting our furnace done so we had heat the first day while the other worked on getting our hot water lines set up for the tankless since it moved from the crawl space to inside on the other end of our house. The 2nd day, the new AC we installed and the tankless was finished. Bruce, Dan, Justin, and Jeff were awesome and very courteous the entire duration. Paul even stopped by to check the progress. Best experience with these guys and would recommend 10/10. They also are way more competitive with their pricing. (Not pictured is the furnace but great work!)
From the initial appointment to the final installation and repair, we had an excellent experience with Broadley’s HVAC and Plumbing Service. The team consisted of Paul, Tony, Arnold, Ed, and Bryce. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very considerate. Their work is outstanding. They patiently answered our questions and waited for us to decide with no pressure. We will continue to use Broadley. Five stars.
Broadleys is TOP NOTCH!!!!!!! They have been our HVAC and plumbing service provider for almost 2 yrs now and each time has been an EXCELLENT experience. We really feel blessed to have such a GREAT…!!!!! company. I just can’t say enough.
After 29 yrs our hvac was just wore out and out dated. Our A/C quit right before the season started and we were not interest in throwing more money into a failing un-efficient AC.
When we bought the house 3 yrs ago I had planned on updating everything, Our water heater was near the end of it’s life. Our hot water boiler was also 29 yrs old. I was ready to do a one stop shop with full replacement of everything.
Our sales/service writer Paul, came and accessed our situation. We told him we had hot spots (summer) and very weak air delivery in a certain part of the house. He pointed out that the supply temps got hotter, the further the air got from the supply fan. Our duct work was also 29 yrs old and was internally insulated, which I did not like.
Paul pointed out that we had insufficient air returns. Our condenser unit was leaking and the refrigerant for it was no long available. It was time to let her go, This unit did her job. lol
Paul walked us through EVERY STEP. He answered all my stupid ?’s and was very patient and super knowledgeable. He presented us with several AC units to choose from. He also recommended the tank-less water/heater combi option. Long story short. They were in and out in a weeks time.
Paul. Dana and I are just so grateful to you my friend. It was an amazing experience and thanks to you and your team for a stress free experience! I mean you guys were even watchful over our fur babies. lol
