This time he again went above and beyond to continue exploring different possibilities for the leak and picked up on one that I would never in a million years thought of. He even took the time to educate me on some of the ins and outs of typical plumbing issues and how to avoid them in the future.

“When Walt came for my 6 month check up, he showed me the broken part. He quoted me a price for the broken part. Because my system was 13 years old, I thought it was time to get a new one, Walt set me up with the sales department. The next day Stephanie, in sales, came to my house with the sales manager Joe. Because it was toward the weekend, we scheduled the install 5 days later. Ed and Bryce did a wonder job! Not only installing but also answered all my questions! Stephanie called me to make sure I was ready for the install and came to my house the day of install to make sure everything was going smoothly. The job looks wonderful! And….days later, after everything was done, Stephanie called to make sure everything was running okay!!!

“Meeting Tayler D. and having her perform the maintenance check on our heating system interesting and informative.
I told her that I was going to stay with her most of the time and that the reason for that was, not to watch over her back, but to try and gain an overall understanding what was being done, what could possibly go wrong and what to look for in terms of anything that might cause a problem in the future.
She said that she had no problem at all with that and that she would be glad to explain the various elements that she was checking as she went along.
Tayler was great. It was obvious that she had a genuine interest in her work and a strong work ethic in terms of the quality and thoroughness of her examination, observation, and testing of the system. She explained the importance of the cleanliness of the blower fan, how it works for both the heating and A/C and how the build-up of too much dust could compromise the performance of the either of the two systems. We schedule a maintenance cleaning of it for this coming July 17th.
Tayler is a real asset to the Broadley's Organization. With her personality, knowledge, and work ethic and serves an an ambassador for her company. I have requested that she is the one who comes back in July to do the cleaning of the blower fan.
