“We have been dealing with Broadley's since 1978, and their technician, Walt Buganski is no stranger to our property. He has serviced our gas furnace each fall for the past several years. Today Walt was assigned two tasks: Perform the annual service on our gas furnace, and install new condenser coils to replace the leaking condenser coils in our outdoor air conditioner condenser unit. After calling to assure us that he was on his way, he arrived at the expected time. He explained to me that he would focus first on the condenser coils replacement, and finish up by servicing our furnace. He went to work immediately, disassembling the condenser, and removing the leaking condenser coils. When he reached the point in the job where he pressurized the new coils, rather than waiting to see if the pressure held, Walt came in and performed the service on our furnace. Satisfied that the new condenser coils were not leaking, he purged the system, and refilled it with refrigerant. Finally, Walt discussed what he had done, completed the paperwork, and departed, leaving behind a satisfied homeowner. Walt is knowledgeable and skilled, uses his time efficiently, and is customer focused. It was a pleasure to working with Walt, Melissa, the Service Manager, and all of the Broadley's staff.”

“I have with Broadley's for at least 7 years. They are trustworthy, efficient, knowledgeable and very accommodating. It has been a pleasure and I know they will be there ASAP if anything goes awry. Dave is always professional and kind. He completed the work efficiently. My only issue is with the time. You give a window of 12-4. This window is never met. Not in the last 3-4 service appointments I've scheduled. Dave arrived at 6:45. The first contact from him was at 6:25. I understand things can get backed up but it would be better to manage clients expectations by being honest about the time frame. And, if they're going to be arriving outside of the scheduling window a phone call should be made so that the client is aware and not sitting there wondering if they're still coming. I called the office at 5:55 and reached, what I'm assuming was an answering service. They said they would have someone call me back. I received no call until a half hour later when Dave called to say he was on his way. I very much appreciate everyone at Broadley's and have been extremely satisfied with the work that's been done in my home for the last 10 or so years. I just think you could do a better job managing time expectations. Thank you.”

“From initial quotation through installation of dual A/C and Heaters, the process was totally seamless and professional. Broadleys installed our original systems when our house was built & after 27 years of operation (with some moderate parts replacements) the systems were still operating. We had paid for a home warranty primarily for replacement of outside a/c compressors, but could not get them to completely fail. Also as is the case with most home warranties, it is almost impossible to get timely repairs plus they are only willing to bandaid problems. Tony W. spent the time to make sure he understood our heating/cooling needs, explained entire process including financing and installation. He gave us several package options, worked on financing plan which fit our budget, and recommended Broadley installation crew which fit our schedule. Can't say enough about Don L. and Gerald M.! Their schedule is a little different (early mornings), but they were efficient, professional, clean and super personable. Answered all our questions, gave advice & finished on schedule. “During the window of time that was scheduled for the service, Tayler called to let me know that she would be arriving in 20 to 25 minutes. When she arrived, she went right to work. As usual, I was interested to understand the condition of my A/C Systems. As she has done in her previous visits, she opened the two (2) A/C units inside the house, checked/inspected them and changed the filters in both of them. She then checked the two (2) outside units and their components, taking readings to evaluate their performance. Finally, she took temperature measurements in the house at the supply and return air vents to validate the systems' performance. As usual, she took photos of the various inspections and meter readings and sent them to me in order that I had them. The reason that I provided a "Five Star" rating of her service visit is because six stars were not available. Tayler is not only knowledgeable, she is also pleasant, friendly and informative when she does her work. She impresses me in the that she seems to have a real interest in her work, likes it, and is extremely conscientious when she does it. “Broadley's Service Technician, Dave C., came to our Condo in Sea Isle City in June for an annual Air Conditioning general maintenance on my Bryant Heat Pump installed by Broadley's in 2020. Dave C., is a very thorough Technician. He checked out the Air Handler, did some general cleaning inside unit, changed the disposable air filter, and blew out the condensate pipe with compressed air. Then he went up to the roof to check out the outside unit. It was repaired last September, due to a leak in the refrigerant line, and Dave checked out all the pressures, to make sure nothing was leaking and the refrigerant had a complete charge. Dave answered every question I had, and is a pleasure having him maintain our Broadley's Bryant Heat Pump system.”

After checking all the plumbing it was determined that it was coming from the fireplace flue. ( this fireplace has never been used since we bought the property. “We had an outside pipe burst during the coldest part of the winter so far in late January/Early February. Brian from Broadley's came out, assessed the situation and performed emergency service to stop the water flow. Later that week, also on one of the coldest days of the year, Brian and his team came out again to permanently fix the problem. Not only did they fix it, but they were kind enough to enter our unit (only used during summer months), and check each sink/toilet to make sure there was no water issues inside the house since they knew we were from out of the area. Highly recommend--anyone who performs their work with excellence, and cheerfully in those frigid temps, deserves more than 5 stars 🙂”

One was rude, seemed rushed even when there was no time pressure placed on him by us. They cut holes through outside walls in areas I did not approve first; I was here the entire time and never was asked or offered any options for the major exterior holes being drilled out. They were slobs in the bathroom, carpeting had to be cleaned and we've been promised a guy or two will be back to correct and finish this job, but that's been a week and a half ago...If and when they do, I will update this review. “Expensive, quality is hit or miss Technician Taylor determined the problem with our heating system and tried to replace the part. She knocked a wire loose from the blower unit during the replacement and, when the furnace didn’t operate properly with the new part, lectured us in a loud voice on how she had told ‘you people’ that adding a new part to an old unit would result in failure of another part. All through this repeated lecture she did not even try to diagnose the trouble. Complaints to management led to technician Keano being dispatched the following afternoon. He immediately found the loose wire and several other problems Tayler had missed. Mysteriously, the O ring for the new part disappeared during the transfer of the new part from the Tayler to Keano. So, we were without heat for another night and paid top dollar for a new part which had to be installed with an old O ring. Complaints about that to management were never answered. We need a new heating system, but we won’t use Broadley’s; they are expensive, the quality of workmanship is hit or miss and management is unresponsive.”
