However Brian S and Albert showed up on time, we reviewed the work to be done and they got started immediately.
They were quick, getting the jobs done in less time than expected.
They were professional, which is huge as my wife and I were both teleworking that day.
They were clean, no trace of their presence left behind.
Finally, they were thorough; no problem with my wanting to test the new fixtures before they left.
