“I’ve been using Broadley’s for over 40 years. The service has always been exceptional. Today (Aug 9) I noticed a problem. I called and spoke to Angel. The service rep Walt, called me about 30 minutes later to tell me he was on his way.
Walt was great. Figured out the issue in minutes. Fixed it. He then checked my other unit to make sure there were no issues.
Would not use anyone else.”
