He also works his butt off and makes sure he did everything he could to make u happy!!! He deserves more praise but he’s a keeper!!! I will be requesting him again if I need help for my systems but I pray I don’t lol.”
“Brian was able to quickly diagnose the issue with why the water was always only hot. He left to get the parts and came back within a reasonable time and was able to install the new part efficiently. He also cleared our drain. The price was more than I expected but Brian was upfront with the cost and the shower is properly working.

“Brian came because I was having a problem with low water pressure. He checked all the possible reasons, including going into the crawl space. When he didn’t see the problem, he took the time to check for other reasons. Turned out to be a water filter for the house that was clogged up and causing the problem. He took the time to change the filter and show me how to do it myself in the future. I really appreciated his kindness that day because it was the first time I had to handle a situation like this since my husband passed. Thank you.”
