“I am long time customer with Broadley's for over 12 years. Broadley's services my secondary residence at the beach as well as 5 other rental properties in Ocean City. Always have had excellent service from the guys in the field. This summer we had 5 toilets installed in our secondary residence. Two of the toilets have leaked and we have water damage on the ceiling in our family room. I have been working with the Service Manager Melissa since JULY to resolve this issue. She was to have a contractor come and do the repairs, this has not happened. She is very unresponsive. I left her my last message last on 9/19/24, it is 9/23/24 still no response even after I told her I was at my frustration point. Can someone repair my ceilings, long time customer with service contracts at 6 properties in OC and this is how I am treated. Non- responsive is Not-acceptable. I did not post this review on Google as I believe Broadley's does provide good service and the guys in the field are good. But a Service Manager, that is non responsive, hence the word "Service Manager" I hope to hear a response quickly.”
