Cory came out and did a great job of explaining all issues involved. As a result, we also had our heater replaced. Cory has been professional, timely and beyond responsive. We have a little issue with the blower being loud and I sent him an email over the weekend while I was thinking of it. I was hoping for a response this morning. Instead I received one a few hours later and he was out again this morning (your team is addressing the issue this week). He is a great representative of your company. Unfortunately, I do not know the names of the gentlemen who replaced our systems (I was not present while they were working). However, the areas they worked in were as clean as they encountered it. I appreciate their efforts in this regard in addition to their technical expertise. We will need another system replaced in the next few years. Rest assured, you will be our first call.
