Brian the plumber who did the repair was great, but Broadley's is the BIGGEST RIP OFF COMPANY EVER.
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT CALL THEM.
I know it was an emergency call and it was 175.00 just for that. I don't havec problem with that, but they charged me $91.00
To replace a supply line and $272.00 for a fluid master in my toilet.
Shame on you Broadley's for taking advantage of people in need.
$562.00 total for 15 minutes of work.
I wish I could give zero stars.

We have a beach house in OC, and we needed to replace our water heater. Great experience throughout the process. Scott, the plumbing manager spent plenty of time discussing my options. Installation was set for the following week. Lee and Charles did the install. They were on time, very neat, and had the job done in about 90 minutes! Would definitely recommend Broadley’s for any of your plumbing needs. And ask for Lee and Charles…you won’t be disappointed!!!

Today was my first time dealing with Broadley’s. i wanted them to inspect two tankless water heaters in a house we recently purchased. They were outstanding. Brian, the lead, was a great communicator, clear explanations, practical recommendations about what to do or not do. They were on time, efficient, extremely professional. Unfortunately, after 17 years, our hot water heater decided to go. We called Broadley‘s and were able to get an immediate estimate that was fair and reasonable. Brian, the owner, made sure the next day we had somebody at our house fixing our hot water heater. Elliot and Lee were our service technicians. They were professional, kind and left the job spotless.
