“Yancy saved us! We rent our little house on the weekends and weeks we’re not available. We had a guest leave because our air conditioner stopped working. We have new guests checking in tomorrow and Yancy came in and fixed our air issue! You can tell he felt awful to give us the bad news and the bill but I didn’t mind! I would have had to buy window units or cancel the next few guests! We wouldn’t have been able to rent and had to tell people their vacations weren’t happening. Thank you, Yancy and Broadley’s!”
“My technician was Brian, no clue which Brian, so I marked both above. Whichever Brian it was, he was very professional, knowledgable, and shared that knowledge with me regarding the water heater, and polite.
I also spoke with both Angel on the phone, setting up this service call, and then Nicole, when Brian missed the 9-12 window. Both Angel and Nicole were excellent representatives of the Broadley team.

“Brian (not sure of his last name) came out today to repair our toilet. I was impressed with the whole experience. He called ahead to confirm we still needed service, and was prompt in his arrival. He was super friendly and kind towards my small children. Most importantly, he repaired our toilet in no time at all. He explained the repairs and the whole process was seamless. I’ve already recommended Broadley’s to a friend in Avalon, and will surely use this company in the future.”

“I received a 15-minute heads-up from David Creek was on his way within the window of our scheduled appointment. He was very courteous when he arrived and throughout his job. He was aware we have a service contract. Dave gave me a quick overview of the sequence he’d take to check my 2 systems. He gave me a report after checking each on their condition and replacing each filter. I was impressed that he washed the salt from the outside units. He gave me a recommendation that I wash them monthly to remove salt accumulation which I appreciate. He clearly explained the electronic documents I signed at the completion of work. He’s very friendly, professional and displayed concern to provide expert service. I recommend David Creek as an excellent Broadley’s technician.”
