We recently had central air/heat installed in our home, by the remarkable team of Don, Jose. My husband and I can not say enough
about how great they were. Respectful of our home, yet still got the job done. Cleaned up every day after themselves, not leaving any trash laying around. Punctual, when they said they would be here, they were here. Answered all our questions regarding the new unit operation, not leaving until they tested everything to be sure it all was running properly. Need I say more???!!! Must be Independently wealthy because they will not return calls for estimates. We waited weeks for a callback. We called twice and each time the excuse was a truck was involved in a bad accident and we’re working with insurance and are short handed. We’ll call you back in a few weeks…. Really? After 4 months of waiting for their call, we moved on. We originally contacted them in July 2017.
Last Friday my AC broke down. I called your office and they immediately sent out a technician who after diligently trying to get it started told me the best thing would be to replace the AC. Joe Petrini came the next day and went over what I would need. The AC & Heater were ordered and installed on Monday by Arnold, Chris & Jerry. My reason for writing is to thank everyone involved in making this a seamless job. Your employees are to be commended for their professionalism. I have been a customer of Broadley’s since I moved into Osprey Point in December 2006 and have always had very good service. I just wanted you to know that you have a good team.
Everything about Broadley’s is terrific! They show up on time, their price quote is on target and their employees are great. Elliott was knowledgeable, friendly, and even provided some useful tips for future plumbing issues.
