Your service was great and Geoff was a very talented and experienced mechanic, Thank you for sending him. The only issue I had was I was quoted 125.00 for the shut off and not explained by your office that it was just the show up fee and it kind of caught me off gaurd, in the future please try to explain this and not leave it up to your mechanic. Other than that all went well.

Broadleys is TOP NOTCH!!!!!!! They have been our HVAC and plumbing service provider for almost 2 yrs now and each time has been an EXCELLENT experience. We really feel blessed to have such a GREAT…!!!!! company. I just can’t say enough. After 29 yrs our hvac was just wore out and out dated. Our A/C quit right before the season started and we were not interest in throwing more money into a failing un-efficient AC. When we bought the house 3 yrs ago I had planned on updating everything, Our water heater was near the end of it’s life. Our hot water boiler was also 29 yrs old. I was ready to do a one stop shop with full replacement of everything. Our sales/service writer Paul, came and accessed our situation. We told him we had hot spots (summer) and very weak air delivery in a certain part of the house. He pointed out that the supply temps got hotter, the further the air got from the supply fan. Our duct work was also 29 yrs old and was internally insulated, which I did not like. Paul pointed out that we had insufficient air returns. Our condenser unit was leaking and the refrigerant for it was no long available. It was time to let her go, This unit did her job. lol Paul walked us through EVERY STEP. He answered all my stupid ?’s and was very patient and super knowledgeable. He presented us with several AC units to choose from. He also recommended the tank-less water/heater combi option. Long story short. They were in and out in a weeks time. Paul. Dana and I are just so grateful to you my friend. It was an amazing experience and thanks to you and your team for a stress free experience! I mean you guys were even watchful over our fur babies. lol With that said; Their install team is TOP NOTCH! They were AWESOME!!! We would like to thank Bill & Jay for the install of our new AC system. The pride taken into their custom duct work and flex pipe installation(s) is truly amazing. It looks like a work of art up there. lol We would like to thank Don, Gerald, Enri, Ed & Bryce for their EXCELLENT work and installation of our Combination Tank-less water heater system. YET ANOTHER work of art. Clean and tight! We THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALLLLLL YOUR HARD WORK!!! God bless you all!!! Special thanks To Keano and Taylor. Thank for you all you’ve done as well.
