December. We wanted the humidity to be at least 30%, but it was dropping close to 20% at times before the install. It took 3 visits from Broadley's for us to be able to have the level we needed, but Broadley's stuck with us, was immediately responsive to our post-installation calls, and got the job done. We couldn't be happier. Bill and Jim did the initial install, Bruce came out to troubleshoot and made a key adjustment. Then Gerald came out and verified the unit was working properly. He took great care in explaining how the humidifier worked as well as how to manage the heating/air conditioner thermostat in a way that would give us the humidity comfort level we wanted. All of the men were pleasant, courteous, and great at answering our questions and explaining their work. It was a true team effort. Thank you, Broadley's!”

“Beginning with my phone call on Sunday of a holiday weekend because our hot water heater wasn't working, a polite young lady answered my call immediately. I requested to have a call back on the next business day (Tuesday) and possibly schedule service for Wed. morning. Tuesday morning I received a call back from Broadleys at 8 AM and I was put on the schedule for first thing Wed morning. At 8:05 Wed morning we received a call from the Broadley technician that he was ready to come to service our water heater. By 8:45 AM the technician had our water heater up and running! Everyone was so efficient from start to finish!!! I wish there were more companies that efficient!”
