“My husband and I needed a whole house humidifier given health concerns during the cold months. Broadleys' came out in
December. We wanted the humidity to be at least 30%, but it was dropping close to 20% at times before the install. It took 3 visits from Broadley's for us to be able to have the level we needed, but Broadley's stuck with us, was immediately responsive to our post-installation calls, and got the job done. We couldn't be happier. Bill and Jim did the initial install, Bruce came out to troubleshoot and made a key adjustment. Then Gerald came out and verified the unit was working properly. He took great care in explaining how the humidifier worked as well as how to manage the heating/air conditioner thermostat in a way that would give us the humidity comfort level we wanted.
