“Walt was very courteous and understanding. He explained the service that he provided and what he thought the underlying issue was. The only negative feedback that I have is that he did not wear boot covers when he entered our home. I would highly recommend those as their is a lot of dirt and dust that gets tracked into the home. Overall service gets an A+ ! Thank you!”
