“I received a 15-minute heads-up from David Creek was on his way within the window of our scheduled appointment. He was very courteous when he arrived and throughout his job. He was aware we have a service contract. Dave gave me a quick overview of the sequence he’d take to check my 2 systems. He gave me a report after checking each on their condition and replacing each filter. I was impressed that he washed the salt from the outside units. He gave me a recommendation that I wash them monthly to remove salt accumulation which I appreciate. He clearly explained the electronic documents I signed at the completion of work.
