This was my first time using Broadley's Plumbing for an issue that I had in my kitchen. Pat the plumber showed up exactly when he was scheduled. He even called me about 15 minutes prior to his arrival which was nice. Pat was excellent! I walked him out to the kitchen and outlined 3 different issues with the sink. I was afraid that I was going to need a new garbage disposal. Pat let me know that the current disposal still had several good years left in it. He made the repair quickly and efficiently. He also tightened up the faucet and explained the lifelong warranty on Moen products.The entire process took no more than about 30 minutes. Pat was so kind and I appreciate the tips he gave me considering future issues with the sink. I was so impressed with both Pat and Broadley's that I've already recommended them for a kitchen renovation for a friend of mine!

They took advantage of my 80 year old mom, They installed a double drain sink with one trap and a connector that had only a 1/4” opening, then blamed her when the garbage disposal clogged on the first use with minimal food. They then said they would have to charge her $1000 to redo the pipes (original cost $750) with two traps to fix their crappy work and told her “ma’am we do this all the time and this is standard.” Not true. A 1.5” pipes are required for a garbage disposal. The next plumber confirmed. The owners there need to take a long look in the mirror.

I realized I had a leaking water heater and the Broadley's team was at my house the next morning. After evaluating the situation, it was clear a new water heater was necessary, they provided an estimate, ordered the the new tank and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Geoff and Brian showed up on time any ready to complete the job, which they did. When they arrived, I had an insurance adjuster examining the damage and Geoff/Brian couldn't have been nicer while waiting for him to complete his job. They were very respectful of my home and did a little extra to proactively mitigate any future damage should the tank ever fail again. I've been a Broadley's customer a long time because they are a customer focused organization.

Technician Henry arrived on time on a Thursday afternoon. He had all the parts and tools ready to go. Henry installed the two "smart" thermostats quickly with no problems. He then explained and helped me install the app on my phone. He was very thorough in his explanation, and never tried to hurry it up to get to his next call. I am very pleased with the replacement thermostats- now I can control and check the temperature in my OC house from anywhere. It takes a real load off when you are in FL wondering if the heat is on in OC in the middle of a winter cold snap in NJ.Thank you Henry and Broadleys!
