We had Broadley’s install our mini-splits 3 years ago. The installation went smoothly and was completed on-time (even with some supply chains curveballs Broadley’s experienced!). The installers were on-time, tidy and when they left the only way you would have known they were here is the new air conditioning!! We would have gladly given them 5-stars at that time. Last year, one of the interior heads began to leak condensate down the wall. Broadley’s came out as scheduled and fixed it. The technician called me and explained that the condensate drain line worked itself loose from the pump. We were disappointed that the technician left dirty handprints on our wall and surprised that it cost about $285. We expressed this to Broadley’s. This year, the same head began to leak condensate again. We called and Broadley’s came out again and fixed it. With the diagnostic fee and the service repair the total was $317. We will say that our technician this year was extremely polite and respectful. He also clamped the hose WITHOUT being asked so that it should not happen again. Had we been asked to review it last year, we would have given Broadley’s 3 or 4 stars. But this year, we were very pleased and happy to give them a five star rating.

I scheduled a service on my tankless water heater. What I got was a statement that the system was working; no service. This visit cost me $125. I was extremely disappointed. I have always been pleased with Bradley’s service; not this time.
Had a very bad leak in our kitchen sink, Broadley sent Brian over the same day. He evaluated the problem, went out to get the right parts, was back to the house in 20 minutes and fixed the leak. Very fast, very professional.

We use Broadley’s for our HVAC maintenance and service twice a year for heater and air conditioning. Unfortunately our old AC unit compressor broke after just 6 years. While they said they could repair it and the part was still under warranty, other parts of the unit were already corroding from the salt air at the shore. Paul Mayne at Broadley’s helped us choose a new unit with a special coating to protect against the salt air and they installed it within just a few days. Embarrassingly enough it was a simple switch, but Yancy went above and beyond to check everything else in order for my two young children and I to have a comfortable summer and ensure we wouldn’t run into additional problems. Walt can to install the fan motor for the outside AC unit. He was very professional and very polite and very nice. He also fixed a very loud rattling noise that we had Coming from the heater on the AC is running. We are so grateful for him. The noise was very loud and annoying. Now it’s nice and quiet.
We called Broadley’s right before a snowstorm on February 11 because our heater broke. Henry came out a half hour later and fix our heater. Needed emergency service to fix a leaking gas pipe. Albert from Broadleys arrived within a few hours and was able to fix the problem. Albert was professional and answered all my questions as well as making sure my gas heater and hot water heater were working properly before he left. With temps dropping tonight, we are more than happy with Broadleys!
