Arnold and Tony recently replaced our furnace and air handler which were over 20 years old. Both individuals were very professional yet friendly and accommodating . They explained what they were going to do and preformed the heater replacement very effectively. I highly recommend Broadley's for all your heating and air conditioning needs. We have been using them for 20 years and they have never disappointed us. Great service company with top notch techs and support staff.

Called on Friday 5/26/23 because both of my shower diverters broke actually a plastic piece and washer fell out. Called Broadley’s for plumbing service. Anthony arrived but didn’t call as requested. After he received no response from the main door of my condo or next door’s he called me. I went downstairs let him in and explained that when we pulled up the diverter rod up when we finished the rod didn’t drop down like it should I pushed the rod down and a plastic piece and washer fell out this was in the Master Bathroom. My wife used the other bathroom and the same thing happened. Anthony was nice but seemed to have an attitude. He said he never saw this happen before. He put the pieces back in the spout of the hall bathroom and it seemed to work okay. He did the same in the Master Bathroom it worked okay the first time but when I tried it the diverter rod didn’t drop down when the water was turned off and Anthony said push it down that’s how it works. I expressed concern about it working and Anthony said “I can replace the spout for $400 if that’s what you want, it doesn’t matter to me”. I’m not sure if that is the actual cost or he said that so I would say no and save him some work. When I came home from work at 10:15PM my wife told me she took a shower and the diverter rod didn’t drop down when she shut the water off so she pushed it down like Anthony instructed and the diverter pieces fell out. So there I am at 10:30PM fixing the diverter rod that was supposed to have been fixed by Anthony. So I basically paid $125 for nothing. I called Broadley’s because my regular plumbing company was unavailable. So now I’ll call my regular plumbing company to come in and fix the spouts correctly. Think twice before calling Broadley’s.

great 1 day job on 3 projects: Hose bibs, New valves & shower head raised ( had to cut a new hole via sheet rock and installation of an outdoor shower. Cleaned site and showed up at 8 and were done by 3:30. Shore house is ready for summer 2023 with great new Broadley plumbing amenities!

Broadley's completed a plumbing repair in my house successfully and in a very professional manner. I had one length of 70 year old pipe under the bathtub (encased in foam insulation) between a new water/sewer pipe and the bathtub drain after a house elevation. When the tub almost completely stopped draining, I asked Broadly's to fix the problem permanently. They scheduled the repair in a very timely manner and proceeded to install a new line so the tub drains perfectly. The workers were very friendly and they completed the task quickly and efficiently. I've used Broadly's before for toilet problems and I trust them and would call on them again if needed.

Our heater broke down just before Christmas with an artic freeze coming into the area. Broadleys was so responsive and kind, helping us get set up with a new heater install in just a few days! They were also very nice in helping us obtain special financing and rebates available through a SJ Gas program that helped defray some of the costs during the holidays. Following a lengthy cold spell in December of 2022, a noticable drip began from an outdoor shower head that supposedly had been drained. I tightened all of the valves that I found and the drip stopped. Within several days it started again and I contacted Broadley's for help. They answered promptly and I was glad that they could send someone out that afternoon. Both Brian and Chris arrived on time and were luckily familiar with all types of older Ocean City HVAC systems. Both were very professional, easy to talk to and ask questions. They took time to insure that all repairs worked properly prior to their departure and thoroughly explained each item on my invoice. I was very pleased with the skilled service provided by both of these men and will call Broadley's again with any HVAC needs.

Our sump pump was running continuously for 8 hrs after heavy rain and we called for emergency service. Cost for visit was $190. Plumber did not know what the battery back up was. We were told that we needed a new sump pump and were recommended to install a second one as well.Another plumber from a different company showed up at our door to do an emergency call, as we called several for assistance. He looked at pump and battery. He unplugged pump from battery, filled and refilled our sump pump reservoir, plugged pump back into battery and pump worked fine. He called it thermal lock out which can apparently happen. No new or additional pump needed.Not sure if every plumber knows how to deal with sump pumps but if you don’t know , best to just say so. We could have incurred unnecessary expense.

I always call Broadley’s for my HVAC and water heater installs and service. They are fair, professional, and responsive. My York HVAC needed a new blower motor. Walt was my technician and he provided great service, diagnosing the problem correctly, ordering the part, and installing the part on the same date it arrived to their shop. The part was under warranty which was good. He also called ahead of time to advise when he was going to arrive. Problem solved!
