I had someone come out to my house to do an estimate on March 1st. I have contacted three times to get estimate and it is March 11th and I still do not have estimate. Guess they did not want the business. They they said they would call me after the review and no one has contacted me and now it is March 18th.

I have a second home. The heat needed a service call. They responded. I handled the call remotely. Their technician left my door open. I informed them of this and they want to charge me if the door is not open. I asked how much I can charge them if my Xfinity app is right and the door is open. The picture of the open door is attached, taken from the app this morning before I drove to the house to close the door. Also attached is the opening of the door caught by the security system while the tech was on site. We have reason to believe unnecessary work was done, also.

Very disappointed and upset. In a time when you really need a company that does what you do and you are a long time customer and "GOLD" status this was a joke. Your answering service was a joke. I had a serious issue, no heat no water. Walk in from out of town to a pool of water from a broken pipe and almost 5 hours from the time I called, multiple times, heating guy shows up. But jeez, he can't do his job because plumber isn't there. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. You need a better off hours service group or give up your off hours service. Thanks for nothing
