“Woke up on Tuesday morning and discovered we had no hot water. Called Broadley’s before 8am and talked to a real person(Hilary)who promised someone would be out that afternoon. By 10:30 am Brian called to say he was on the way. He checked the water heater, relit the pilot and explained why it might have gone out. He was reassuring, kind and professional. When I asked about a replacement, he explained my options and what each would entail. There was no charge and by that afternoon we had an estimate should we choose a replacement. Brian was everything you could ask for in a service person and I would recommend him and Broadley’s without hesitation. Thank you.”
